About

Independent monitoring of the small print.

Termsight reads the Privacy Policies and Terms of Service of hundreds of companies, every 24 hours, and tells you — in plain English — what changed and whether it actually matters.

    Who runs Termsight

Termsight is operated by Bravo Dos, an independent software company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the companies whose policies we track. Everything we publish is sourced from the companies' own public legal pages.

    How change detection works

    1. Each tracked policy URL is fetched at least once every 24 hours. Stable policies are checked less frequently to keep the system efficient; volatile ones, more often.
    2. The cleaned content is hashed (SHA-256) and compared to the previous snapshot. Hash equality means no change.
    3. When the hash differs, a word-level diff is computed against the previous snapshot.
    4. The diff is sent to a large language model that produces a plain-English summary, a user-impact assessment, and a severity rating: none, minor, moderate, or significant.
    5. Cosmetic-only edits (whitespace, tracking pixels, formatting) are auto-classified as none and tucked into a "Technical" section so the main feed stays signal, not noise.

    What you can do

    Limits and honesty

The AI summaries are best-effort and meant as a fast first read — not a substitute for reading the actual policy. Every change page links to the original source URL so you can always verify directly. If you spot something inaccurate, every change page has a feedback control we monitor.
